You have the right to request deletion of the personal data HereYou holds about you.
What will be deleted
- ✓Your name and phone number
- ✓Gift session records associated with your contact details
- ✓Conversation context and AI-generated session summaries
- ✓Subscription account data (if applicable)
Payment records may be retained as required by financial regulations. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely to permanently honour your preference.
72-hour grace period. After submitting, your data will be queued for deletion and removed within 72 hours. If you change your mind, email support@hereyou.ai before that window closes to cancel the request.
